			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div><strong>English Yew</strong>(Taxus Baccata) are the most traditional of hedging plants. We mainly stock English Yew but do have some stock of Irish Yew too (with a more yellow/golden foliage) contact us for more information. Yew like any well drained soil are are also happy by the sea and in shallow chalk. Yew will grow up to 50cm a year depending on conditions. We have rootballed Taxus from 3’, and supply sizes up to 10’ tall.Yew will make a very pleasing and tidy hedge when cared for instantly adding value to a new built. Yew also make lovely specimen plants and are very popular for topiary projects as they will fill out however you trim them. You will find the sizes that we have available below.
